We recently went to a wedding in Minnesota. It was wonderful to see family and friends. We returned to Torreon last Monday and are happy to be back. Our daughter also appears to be content at home. When we got on a plane bound for Torreon and she heard Spanish being spoken, her eyes lit up and she began laughing. At six months old, she seems to know that Mexico is her home.
This week we will say good-bye to Pastor Juan Jose Olvera. He and his family will leave Torreon on Friday and head to Juarez, where he will pastor the congregation there. It is so exciting to see seminary graduates become fulltime workers in God's kingdom! Pray that the Olveras have safe travels and a smooth transition to Juarez.
