1. Her ability to use the computer: We have a girl growing up in a digital world, no doubt about that. Mike found some computer games online for babies, and Trinity loves them! In the picture above, she's playing a counting game. She has to strike a key to see the next number. As you can see, she knows just what to do!
2. Growing vocabulary: and it's expanding in both English and Spanish, much to our excitement. Some of her other current favorite words: shoes, bottle, gracias, agua, and sí.
3. Easygoing ways: Some days we have a crazy schedule (the current top word in Mexico missions is "flexibility"). We occasionally have to wake her up from a nap to go somewhere, and if we take her to an evening get-together, she's always up way past her usual bedtime. But she takes it all in stride. It helps that she loves to party!
4. Hair! Yes, she is finally getting a good crop of hair, and is even getting close to looking like a girl. Little girls here often have ribbons and bows in their hair, so I'm working on doing the same for her. Sometimes she agrees; sometimes she apparently doesn't like the look, because she removes her barrettes immediately.
5. A snuggly girl: Trinity loves to snuggle up to us. Now that she's getting bigger, I thought she might be less likely to do this. But when she gets tired, she loves to snuggle into our laps and shoulders. It's very sweet.
